1. Indoor Water Supply Project
各系統試壓結果，壓力契合設計請求，無滲漏。管道必需清洗，管道及支架(墩)不在凍土及朽土上。

(1)管道坡度
(1) Pipeline gradient
合格：坡度的正負偏向不超越設計請求坡度值的1/3，裝置橫平豎直，距墻、標高根本契合規則。

優秀：坡度契合設計請求，并平均分歧，距墻、標高契合規則。

合格：管螺紋加工精度契合國標《管螺紋》的規則，螺紋清潔，規整，斷絲或缺絲不大于螺紋全扣絲的10%。銜接結實，根部有外露螺紋，鍍鋅管無焊口，螺紋清潔、規整，運用管件正確，鍍鋅管無焊接口。

優秀：在合格的根底上，螺紋無斷絲;鍍鋅管和管件的鍍鋅層無破損，外露螺紋防腐良好且無外露油麻等缺陷。

<2>法蘭接

合格：對接平行、嚴密，與管子中心線垂直，螺桿顯露螺母;補墊材質契合設計請求和施工標準規則且無雙層，法蘭型號契合請求。
Qualified: parallel and tight butt, perpendicular to the center line of the pipe, screw exposed nuts; Material of pad conforms to design requirements and construction standard rules without double layers, flange type conforms to requirements.
優秀：在合格的根底上，螺母在同側，螺桿顯露螺母長度分歧，且不大于螺桿直徑的二分之一。

<3>焊接
<3> welding
合格：焊口平直度、焊縫增強面契合施工標準規則;焊口外表無燒穿;裂紋和明顯的結瘤、夾渣及氣孔等缺陷。
Qualification: weld flatness, weld reinforcement surface conform to the construction standard rules; weld appearance without burnout; cracks and obvious nodules, slag inclusion and porosity defects.
優秀：在合格的根底上，焊波平均分歧，焊縫外表無結瘤、夾渣和氣孔。

<4>承接、套箍。

合格：接口構造和所用的填料契合設計請求和施工標準規則;灰口密實、豐滿，填料凹入承口邊緣不大于2mm，膠圈結口平直無扭曲;對口間隙精確，運用管件正確。

(3)管道支架

合格：結構正確，埋設平正結實，位置合理，標高間距契合規則。油漆品種和涂刷遍數契合設計請求;附著良好，無脫皮、起泡和漏涂。
